Emotion Focused Therapy Foundations
Dr Melissa Harte Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) is a humanistic, process-orientated, evidence-based approach that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, Complex PTSD, and trauma.
